A plushie is a soft stuffed toy made with fabric and filled with stuffing (like cotton or polyester) so it feels cuddly. People keep plushies for comfort, decoration, collecting, or as gifts - usually in the form of animals, characters, or cute objects.
What do I receive?
You’ll receive one mystery plush (per box) from the current drop. The exact character/color is a surprise, but all options come from the examples shown for this drop.
Can I choose the plush, color, or style?
Not exactly - that’s the mystery part. You choose your tier (Mini / Classic / Jumbo) and we choose the plush from the current drop.
Will I get a duplicate if I order more than one?
We try our best to avoid duplicates within the same order when possible. If the drop is limited, duplicates can happen — if you’re ordering multiples and want the best chance of variety, leave a note at checkout.
Can I return a mystery plush?
If your plush arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. For change-of-mind returns, please see our Returns Policy (mystery items may have special rules depending on condition and packaging).
